Booking/ enquiring about a service is easy, either

On receiving your enquiry one of our managers or friendly operators will call you to have a personal consultation on your needs.
Information helpful for organising services at your home.
When you talk to a Manager he /she would find the following information useful
- Your Name and contact details.
- Street/Suburb-we try to match your job to Service providers living/travelling closest to you. This also helps Service providers estimate travel time and travel costs they will incurr.
- Estimated Frequency of service - i.e. how often.. whether daily, weekly, fortnightly monthly.
- Estimated Number of Hours (time) of service - e.g. 2 hours, 4 hours etc.
- Preferred days and time - e.g. Any day after 10.00 am but not Mondays.
- Planned start date and time – e.g. 02 Dec' at 10.30 am.
- Job description: some information on jobs to be done at your house.
You can then ask the manager questions that concern you Ex: Costs, insurances, Type of Service Providers etc
