About Us
ASSISTANZ has been established in 2010.
ASSISTANZ previously operated (from 2005 -2010) as Tadpole Home Help Agency.
The business aims to:
- Assist the elderly, the injured and the physically weak live independently.
- Lighten the load of domestic chores for people who are busy.
- Enable people to focus on jobs that they prefer to give priority to.
Assistanz is regularly contacted by Sydney’s leading hospitals, ACAT teams, councils, community organisations (state and local), Insurance companies, rehab providers, and occupation therapists to provide assistance to the aged, the frail and the injured. Most cleaning jobs for the able are through references (word of mouth).
The management team at Assistanz has rich prior experience in the home-help services industry. Assistanz aims to provide competent and competitively-priced services.
Feedback – Complaints or Compliments
Any feedback, complaints or compliments may be directed by email to feedback@assistanz.com.au or to an active manager.
The feedback may be sent by email, fax or by post. We depend on your feedback to improve / continue doing a good job if you have a complaint let us know by email or fax and at least one member of our advisory committee will go over it and do their best to get you a satisfactory resolution if a reasonable request is made.
If you have a compliment and are happy with your service provider let the active manager know – your feedback will be given to the Service provider. Positive feedback is always passed on - with a word of thanks - from Management to the Service Providers. If you let your referral point know then they will be encouraged to use our agencies services further.
